Teaching in online environments

When I was teaching in an online environment, I had a lot of trouble trying to do it, with my Internet, my computer, and my time. So, I could learn, that as virtual teachers we must always have a plan B for if those do not work missing just a few minutes to start the lesson, but also, to have a good computer and Internet.

I learn that online teachers need time because is a constant time-consuming because your students are always writing to you even out of your teaching time, in the face to face modality, is just the time in school, but in virtual they are always sending questions even out of teacher's responsibility. 

I also learn that as a virtual teacher, we can't take advantage of our students' time, we sometimes think that because they do the task on their home, they could do a lot of those, I mean, we do not calculate right the time that the task could take, so I learn we should look at it when planning considering their way of learning, observing normally how long it takes to understand topics and to do the task, I mean, we must implement a way to ask for an accurate task that makes them learn well and that does not consume a lot of time.

Is important to give well the instructions to the students, when is the time of teaching to students, is important to give to them accurate time to fill up their needs and so they will not have problems in their independent learning practice. 

In this experience, I could learn about different tools to work online, I could know the magic of this because we can be in constant touch with the technology, find different games to teach, lesson plan makers, site to join the sessions a lot of different digital teaching materials; that is important also because in this new world everyone must know how the technology works.
