My teaching philosophy

I strongly believe that when teaching, students come first, so we as the teacher must consider them and their way of learning and considering the way the society of today learn when we think about the method, methodology, strategies, management, and all, that we want and need to apply.

I believe, students can learn well if they start linking the subject. To accomplish this, I think it is necessary to make students like the subject doing what I related above, also, bring fun and humor, relate the knowledge to real-life situations, bring comfort and care.

By teaching, I could learn that being a teacher takes a lot of time and more when the teacher has a big group number of students because teachers have to plan, grade, and so on to several groups of learners, for this, we could say that we don't have time to innovate or to plan better lessons, but I think that as teachers we should experiment with materials, method, strategies, approaches no matter what if we want to accomplish our teaching goals; we shouldn't fall into the routine.

As teachers, we should try to put in their shoes to see the action of learning with their eyes and like that introduce the knowledge to them. I think that it is not necessary to ask for a lot of tasks for them to synthesize the knowledge or to be so tough to them.

Teachers should be human beings with a more open mind, more open to the possibility of the differences, less ignorant, regardless of the time, regardless of how little anything is witnessed, teachers should try to get out of the comfort zone, which is the "I only know what I studied", that don't let to be more than a person who brings science.

As a teacher, we must give up our humanity, must transform ourselves for good before deciding on that profession, to be able to deal with some kind of situation without harming our students, so could find strategies to deal with bad behaviors of learners, strategies to not let the bullying on its class, strategies to build confidence, self-love, love for others and acceptance of differences in learners.

I believe we should be a teacher who marks its students for good, so it inspires them to dream and move on; As teachers, we must develop in our pupil good habits, good thoughts, good things with love.
